Enter your account number

Type in your meter number or unit name in the account field. Usually a 12-digit number for meter e.g. 102407150000 or a short name for unit e.g. A123.

Choose the account type

Use the dropdown next to the account field to select Water if you have entered the water account, or Rent if it is a rent account.

Enter your phone number

Use the phone number registered with your tenancy. If you don't have a phone number on file, please contact your caretaker to add one.

Click Look Up

Your report loads automatically. Use the date filter on each tab to narrow records by period.
You can switch between the Meter Usage and Rent Statement tabs to view different information.
